Description

You'll be responsible for supervising your team and subordinate leaders assigned to the task. In addition to this, you'll be in daily contact with the client providing excellent client satisfaction. You will know what needs to be achieved, how it will be achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost. You will work with the project team to achieve the desired outcomes.

Day to day tasks will include:
  • Responsible for all phases of planning and execution for medium sized projects or a segment of a larger project.
  • Planning, organising, co-ordinating and controlling the project in line with established company policies.

Requirements

You must have experience or the following:
  • A demonstrable track record of delivering successful transformation projects on time, on budget, and to quality;
  • Delivering evidence-based change in complex transformation portfolios with expert understanding and knowledge of current best practice methods in project delivery, change management, behavioural change, benefits realisation and employee engagement;
  • A track record of using exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to build and nurture productive working relationships with a wide range of multi-disciplinary teams at all levels
  • Experience reporting to and advising Programme and Project Boards.

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Practice working in a diverse and global environment
  • Experience in Service Management tools such as ServiceNow
  • Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 would be advantageous
